The air-conditioned rooms at Domus Vista Castello were a life-saver for me as I have a physical handicap. I felt so comfortable and relaxed in the room. The private bathroom with a bidet was a great convenience. It made my stay hassle-free and added an extra touch of luxury. I absolutely loved the hot tub in the double room. It was such a treat to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Naples. The balcony in the double room was a lovely addition. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while taking in the beautiful views. The soundproofing in the double room was outstanding. I had a peaceful night's sleep and didn't have to worry about any noise disruptions. The availability of a safety deposit box in the air-conditioned rooms was much appreciated. It gave me peace of mind knowing that my belongings were secure.

Personally, I didn't use the spa bath in the double room. But I understand that others might find it enjoyable.

The view from my room was decent, and I really appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows. Plus, having a big TV and streaming service was a nice bonus. The location was fantastic, being close to the shopping street and only a one-minute walk from the metro station. I also enjoyed the extra amenities, like the jacuzzi in the room and the massage equipment. The cleaning staff was professional, and I even got to enjoy a good breakfast at a nearby hotel for a great price. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is very close to the port, so you can easily catch a boat to the nearby islands. Plus, it's just a short walk to the bustling shopping street. Everything you need is within reach!

There is a strong cigarette smoke smell in the room. It seems that smoking is allowed in the building, as there are ashtrays in the corridor.

We had an amazing stay at a fantastic location with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The room was impeccably presented and cleaned daily to a high standard. The building itself was very secure, giving us peace of mind. The balcony provided a stunning view of the Castell Nuovo and town square, which we enjoyed watching from. Additionally, when we closed the doors, the room was quiet and peaceful, thanks to the good acoustics.
